ORDERS
ORDER AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If we cannot fulfil your order we will let you know as soon as we can. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time. In these circumstances you will be advised.
REFUSAL OF ORDER
We reserve all rights to refuse fulfilment of an order. In these circumstances you will be advised and any money that has been paid will be refunded.
DISPATCH
Once you have placed your order and it has been paid for, we aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 working days.
RETURNS POLICY
Penny Scallan Design conditionally guarantees all products for a period of 6 months. If your product is found to be faulty during this time, please contact our Support Team and we will replace, refund or repair it. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
